>>Contact screen fields:

                            1- Go to Homepage and click on Contact link located at the top of the page.

                            2- Click in Add Contact link at the top-right corner of the page, open the New Contact screen.

>>Want to Create New Customer?

                            1- Click on the Add Customer link that is seen at the right corner of the page, open the New Customer screen.

 

>>Contact Information:  

Suppose you want to add the Contact Mukesh in your database which is not present. Here are the steps to follow:

                   1- Select the Customer Name. ex- Reliance.

                             2- Address field is automatically selected based on the Customer Name you selected. This is the
                                 address of the customer.

                    3- Enter the name of Contact Person & it's Designation. ex- Mukesh & HR.

                            4- Enter the Department to which contact person belongs to.

                            5- Enter Fax Number, Phone Number, Mobile Number of contact person.

                            6- Enter Email Address of contact person.

                            Field marked with * are compulsory.

                          

>>Want to save Contact Information?

Follow the steps given below:


                            1- Open the New Contact Master from the information given above and fill the information of Contact.

                            2- Click on Save button to save Contact. OR

                                Click on Save & New button to Save the Contact and clear all the fields to enter New Contact.

                            3- Click on Cancel button to Cancel the Contact and clear all the fields to enter New Contact.

                            4- Click on Back link, go to the Contact Search Screen.
