Closed SRQs Search
This page Shows List of Closed SRQ depending on different search criteria
selected by user such as Branch, City, Customer, Principal, SRQ Type, Service
Type.
Date wise search SRQ & Closed SRQ.
You can go to Closed SRQs Search Screen in following way:
1- Go to Homepage and click on Closed SRQs button located at the top of the page.
Suppose you want the details of a Close SRQ e.g. Reliance (Customer). Here are the steps to follow:
1- Close SRQ can be searched by selecting Branch, City, Customer, Principal, SRQ Type, Service Type.
2- To display the SRQ Complaint date wise, check the 
SRQ
Date wise Search & select From Date & To Date.
3- To display the date wise Closed SRQs date wise, check the SRQ
Closed Date wise Search & Select From Date & To Date.
4- Click on Search Results >>> link.
5- The Closed SRQs brief information appears in grid.

Suppose you Want to see the Closed SRQ (Call & Reports) Information of Reliance Customer.
1. In the grid below, you will find the Reliance Customer. Just click on
the View CallInfo (Call Information) link beside it,
Open the Closed SRQ (Call & Reports) Information screen.
>>Want to see Report Details?
Suppose you Want to see the Report Details of Manish Service Engineer.
1. In the grid below, you will find the Manish Service Engineer. Just
click on the View Reports link beside it,
Open the Service Engineer Report
Details screen.
